機械学習を学習しているのですが、以下のエラーが発生し、解決できません。

• Mac High Sierra 10.13.2
• Python3.4.5
• Numpy1.13.3

numpyがおかしいのは理解した。そこで、以下のことを試してみたのですが、やはりエラーが出てしまいます。

が原因のようです。 pandasのバージョンが0.21.0より上である。 と numpy バージョン 1.13.3 TensorFlowに引っ張られ、うまく動作していない。
