[解決済み】VScodeのリモート接続エラー。プロセスが存在しないパイプに書き込もうとした

質問

vscodeとremote-sshを使ってサーバに接続していますが、設定後、ホストに接続しようとすると、ダイアログボックスに「"could not establish connection to XX, The process tried to write to a nonexistent pipe."」と出て、失敗しました。

を出力します。
