[解決済み] なぜクラスや構造体レベルでは "using namespace X; "が許されないのですか？

正確にはわかりませんが、私の推測では、クラススコープでこれを許可すると、混乱を引き起こす可能性があります。

namespace Hello
{
    typedef int World;
}

class Blah
{
    using namespace Hello;
public:
    World DoSomething();
}

World Blah::DoSomething()
