[解決済み】MySQL-pythonをインストールすると、Mac OS 10.13.15でコマンド「clang」が失敗して終了ステータス1が表示される。

xcode-select --installでツールをインストールしましたが、次のようなエラーが表示されます。 pip install MySQL-python

解決方法は？

この問題は、Ansibleの mysql_user モジュールです。答えは こちら が解決への糸口となりました。また MySQL-python から pip というのがありますが、これもこの処理では壊れてしまうので、余計な手順を追加しました。

解決までの手順

1. brew unlink mysql # only if installed, causes the next step to fail
2. brew install mysql-connector-c
3. 探す mysql_config を持つファイル which (mysql_config)

4. を編集します。 mysql_config ファイルの下にある # Create options を変更します。

   libs="$libs -l "

   をこれに変更します。

   libs="$libs -lmysqlclient -lssl -lcrypto"

   vimを使用している場合。 :wq! をクリックすると、読み取り専用のファイルが保存されます。

5. これでインストールが正常に行われるはずです

   pip install mysqlclient

6. 最初の質問と似ているが直接関係ないため、別途追加します。

   pip install MySQL-python

7. 修正 mysql brew 式が最初のステップでアンリンクされていた場合。

   brew unlink mysql-connector-c

   brew link mysql
