解決方法は？

この問題が発生した場合は、Main.storyboard に移動し、電話アウトラインの上部にある黄色のボックスアイコン（ビューコントローラー）を右クリックして、黄色のフラグが付いたアウトレットを削除してください。

このような場合、おそらくアクションに名前を付けてから、名前を変更したのでしょう。古い名前を削除する必要があり、それが唯一の問題であった場合、SIMですぐに起動します
