[解決済み] Javaでのファイル読み込みを失敗させるバイトオーダーマーク

Javaを使ってCSVファイルを読み込もうとしています。ファイルの中には、先頭にバイトオーダーマークがあるものもありますが、すべてではありません。ある場合、バイトオーダーは最初の行の残りの部分と一緒に読み込まれるため、文字列の比較で問題が発生します。
