[解決済み】ブロックスコープの宣言は、ストリクトモード以外ではまだサポートされていません。

質問

私は Laravel 5.4 私のHomesteadのvagrant box上で。npmの依存関係をすべて npm install コマンドを使用します。それは何のエラーも発生させませんでした。

これの何が問題なのでしょうか？

解決方法は？

Ubuntuのnodejsパッケージのバージョンが古いため、同じ問題が発生しました。7.5にアップデートしたところ、動作するようになりました。
